Competition rules “ 1 YEAR OF FREE HOODIES - SURVIVE ”

  1. PROMOTING COMPANY

    1.1. The promoter of this competition “1 YEAR OF FREE HOODIES” is the brand wearitandSURVIVE.
  2. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:

    2.1. The “1 YEAR OF FREE HOODIES” Competition is aimed at everyone who follows the brand on Instagram.

2.2. The “1 YEAR OF FREE HOODIES” Competition is aimed at all people who share, on Instagram, the story designated by the brand as a “template for the competition” where they write what they would do for our hoodies.

2.3. Those who do not meet the criteria will not be able to participate in the Competition.

  1. PARTICIPATION DEADLINE:

    3.1. The “1 YEAR OF FREE HOODIES” competition will run from 8:45 pm on September 8, 2023 and on September 14, 2023 until 8:45 pm.

    4. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION:

    4.1. Anyone who meets the requirements defined in point 2 of these regulations can participate.

4.2. To participate, you must:

  • follow the wearitandsurvive profile on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/wearitandsurvive/)
  • publish a story on your personal Instagram profile with the story template designed by Survive and write what you would do for our hoodies
  • identify Survive's profile in this story

 

4.3. If the participant has a private profile, they must make their profile public until the end of the contest, otherwise they will not be one of those selected.

4.4. The most creative story (with text) will be awarded, chosen by a jury defined by Survive.

4.5. Each participant can participate as many times as they want.

4.6. Participations that do not fully comply with the Conditions and Requirements established in these Regulations will not be considered for the purposes of the Competition.

4.7. Survive reserves the right, after verifying the existence of any violation of these regulations or any indication of fraudulent participation, to disqualify the participant in question.

4.8. Participation in this competition is prohibited for purposes that involve harm to Survive or third parties, or that, in any way, harm dignity, image, intimacy, religious beliefs, ideologies or any other legally recognized right.

4.9. Survive reserves the right not to publish a story or consider it as a participant in the competition, if it so decides, even if the participant has followed all the necessary steps previously mentioned.

  1. AWARD:

    5.1. As part of this Competition, the most creative story will be chosen, with the author being awarded a hoodie, sweatshirt or t-shirt (according to the winner's preference) in each collection publicly launched by Survive, for a year.

5.2. Only the user who followed all the rules specified in item 4.2 will be considered a participant.


  1. SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:

    6.1. The participant with the most creative Instagram story will be awarded. Each winner will be chosen by a Survive jury, according to a criterion of creativity and originality, and their decision cannot be appealed.

6.2. Survive reserves the right not to award the prize for any reason that does not allow it.

6.3. Once the competition has ended, the winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.



  1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    7.1. Participation in this Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations by the participants and Survive's decisions are considered final.

7.2. Only Participations that comply with these Regulations are admitted. Any participation by means other than those provided for in these Regulations will not be considered.

7.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.4. Survive reserves the right to terminate, alter, shorten, delay or extend this competition at any time, without participants being entitled to any type of compensation.

7.5. Participants agree to the transition to Survive of the image rights and ownership of the photographs and videos used within the scope of this competition, with the brand being able to freely use them on its social networks, website, newsletter, e-mail marketing and SMS marketing, even outside the context of this project.



8. RESPONSIBILITY:

8.1. Survive is not responsible for late, incomplete, invalid, lost, misplaced or corrupted entries, which will not be considered for the purposes of participation in the Competition.

8.2. Survive is not responsible for incomplete or failed electronic transmissions, as well as technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunction of any network, hardware or software.


  1. PERSONAL DATA:

    9.1. During the processing of this Competition, the personal data of participants and winners are collected and stored, with all personal data being processed in compliance with personal data protection legislation, namely Law No. 67/ 98, of October 26th and Law no. 41/2004, of August 18th, and the Competition in question presupposes knowledge and acceptance of the following:

9.1.1. Participants accept that the provision and processing of data is necessary and mandatory for the purposes of processing and awarding prizes, and therefore authorize their processing by Survive. The data will be collected and processed by Survive exclusively under its responsibility.

9.1.2. The name and place of residence of the winners may be published by Survive via the internet.

9.2. Survive guarantees the security and confidentiality of the treatment, guaranteeing the possibility of access, rectification and cancellation of data to participants who wish to do so and communicate this in writing to Survive.
