    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

    1. Return of defective products

After the return, Wear It and SURVIVE will analyze the returned product, subsequently informing the customer of the decision regarding the right to a refund. If this right is confirmed, which will arise from confirmation of defect or non-conformity, the entire amount paid will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of confirmation sent, via email, by Wear It and SURVIVE.


    The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

    2. Return due to withdrawal

      All orders placed with Wear It and SURVIVE are made on a case-by-case basis, meaning returns are only accepted in cases of damaged products or any non-conformity, as detailed in the previous point.       3. Return of offers

        The return of an offered product, carried out due to a proven defect, must be carried out by the person who purchased/offered it - therefore the offeree must contact the person who purchased the product, so that they can return it, in accordance with the conditions return, due to defect or non-conformity or due to withdrawal.

        If the defect or non-conformity is found to justify the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

        3rd STEP: PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX
        The original WEAR IT AND SURVIVE packaging or another cardboard box may be used, as long as it is in good condition. The package must be properly closed and addressed to the address provided in the email mentioned in step 2.
