EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Return of defective products

After the return, Wear It and SURVIVE will analyze the returned product, subsequently informing the customer of the decision regarding the right to a refund. 3. Return of offersThe return of an offered product, carried out due to a proven defect, must be carried out by the person who purchased/offered it - therefore the offeree must contact the person who purchased the product, so that they can return it, in accordance with the conditions return, due to defect or non-conformity or due to withdrawal.
If the defect or non-conformity is found to justify the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
